Operations Analyst (Finance)

📋 Description

• Own payroll execution across LATAM and US systems, including contractor payments and payroll
• Manage employee expenses, corporate cards, receipts, approvals, and reimbursements
• Support the monthly close process down to the journal entries, reconciliations, invoice tracking
• Maintain accurate, clean, and reconciled financial data
• Partner with the Head of Finance for budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analyses
• Identify discrepancies and investigate issues until resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in finance operations, financial analysis, or business operations
• Hands-on experience with payroll, expense management, and monthly financial close
• Advanced spreadsheet skills
• SQL and/or BI tools (Metabase, Looker Studio, etc.)
• Dashboard/report building for leadership
• High attention to detail
