Operations Analyst - Innovation

📋 Description

• Own operational performance transparency across the organization.
• Act as translation layer between Leadership needs and BI execution.
• Translate reporting requirements into executable plans with scope and sequencing.
• Build and maintain dashboards, drilldowns, executive views.
• Surface insights, trends, anomalies and implications proactively.
• Collaborate with Innovation and partner teams to produce leadership-ready outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in business analytics, program ops, reporting, or similar.
• Proficiency with data/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate ambiguous asks into clear requirements.
• Operational discipline: planning, follow-through, attention to detail.
• Scrum/Agile familiarity; experience with software delivery operations.
