Operations Analyst – Mid Office

📋 Description

• Perform intraday and next-day trade reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all
• Calculate and reconcile daily P&L; reconcile monthly invoices with exchanges, clearing firms
• Identify and resolve daily trade and settlement breaks; conduct analysis to determine root causes
• Understand the trade lifecycle, from execution through final settlement, including all associated
• Work with IT and Trading to ensure proper trade flow, including onboarding new exchanges, clearing
• Liaise between clearing firms and trading operations; open new accounts and execute position

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (B.S.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial markets or a trading environment preferred
• Prior interaction with trading and/or technology groups
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities while working well under pressure
