Operations Analyst - Panama

📋 Description

• End-to-end audit ops across SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CMMC, HITRUST, FedRAMP.
• Manage engagement setup, intake tracking, and workflow coordination.
• Monitor milestones, flag risks, and assist resource planning.
• Coordinate across audit teams for timely client-facing deliverables.
• Onboard clients: system access setup and documentation prep.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in operations, project coordination, audit support, or related role.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, PCI DSS.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PM tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
• Strong written and verbal English; comfortable in fast-paced remote work.
