Operations Analyst, Pricing & Efficiency

📋 Description

• Conduct commercial deal analysis and develop recommendations by assessing cost/efficiency metrics
• Drive operational excellence initiatives, identifying and implementing improvements in key
• Supporting the implementation of city-level courier pricing changes under the German operations
• Producing analyses and insights to support pricing and efficiency initiatives led by senior team
• Executing recurring and ad hoc analyses to monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and track
• Supporting operational experiments (e.g. pricing or efficiency tests), including data preparation

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant field (operations, analytics, consulting, strategy, or
• Strong spreadsheet and SQL skills, with experience working on large datasets.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights that support business decisions.
• Hands-on mindset with interest in operational execution and continuous improvement.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Nice to have: Experience with Looker or similar BI tools. Exposure to A/B testing or
