📋 Description

• Capco Poland offers hybrid role in Kraków (office 2x per week).
• Support Supply Chain Finance within the Structured Trade Hub.
• Entry-level Operations Specialist in Kraków.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and organisational abilities
• Willingness to work hybrid, including 6–8 days/month in Kraków office
• Availability for increased office presence during initial training
• Experience in trade finance, payments, banking ops or reconciliations is a plus
