📋 Description

Translate business goals into analytical roadmaps
Design & own core strategic analytics (merchant segmentation frameworks, acquisition funnel
Deliver actionable business insights to leadership
Build & automate scalable dashboards
Maintain data integrity & write clean SQL queries
Collaborative mentorship of junior analytics team members

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Operations Analytics, or Strategy
Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization)
Strong Python programming for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy)
Experience building executive-facing dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Superset
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured quantitative insights
Excellent verbal and written skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
