• 2+ years in ops or customer support at a startup or marketplace.
• Clear, warm communicator who can build trust with restaurants and teams.
• Strong attention to detail; manage several moving pieces.
• Calm judgment under pressure; quick issue resolution.
• Builder mindset; design better processes for future cycles.
• Comfort with Linear, Slack, Gmail, Retool and AI tools.
