Operations and Systems Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Support financial operations and new client onboarding, including internal system setup and
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot client bank account and payroll integrations with QuickBooks
• Provide operational support to payroll and pension teams during annual setup periods, peak
• Identify and resolve software integration issues while ensuring the accuracy, security, and
• Assist with the development, maintenance, and improvement of financial reporting dashboards and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial operations, business systems
• Previous experience supporting business applications, enterprise software, system implementations
• Strong understanding of reporting, data coordination, and business process management; experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, data analysis, and spreadsheet
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
