🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years in financial services licensing, regulatory compliance, fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets.
• Familiarity with regimes such as money transmission, e-money, or VASP licensing.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple regulatory workstreams.
