Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps
• Maintain visual standards for a clean, inviting sales floor
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business, team and guest needs
• Assist with shipments and product flow, including replenishment
• Support safe stockroom practices and on-floor operations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Aligns with ALO Guiding Principles
• Self-motivated with a drive to excel alone and in a team
• Ability to lift 10-15 kg safely and stand for long shifts
• Duties include constant movement on sales floor and back of house
