Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Support shipment, receiving, and product flow on the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business needs
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow and replenishment
• Provide exceptional customer service and escalate issues as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• 1+ years in retail operations or store support
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong collaboration with team and ability to adapt quickly
