Assist customers with Express Drive rental, check-in, driver assignment, and returns.
Prepare rental vehicles: fueling, cleaning, telematics, plates, and inspections.
Manage vehicle lot, transportation, and daily rental operations.
Flag vehicle issues and program challenges to Ops Lead and partners.
Build trust and collaborate to hit team goals.
Provide high service standards; be Lyft brand ambassador.

🎯 Requirements

1+ year in-person customer service (retail/tech support/hospitality)
Familiarity with the Austin area
Strong customer service and problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication
Patience, problem solving, de-escalation, teamwork
A valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
