Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Assist customers with Express Drive rental process and returns.
• Prepare rental vehicles: fueling, cleaning, telematics, plates.
• Conduct fleet vehicle inspections and ensure compliance documents.
• Manage vehicle lot organization and daily rental operations.
• Flag issues to the Operations Lead and partners; uphold service standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in-person customer service (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Familiar with the Austin area.
• Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Patience, de-escalation, teamwork, and self-governance.
• Lyft driver experience a plus; valid unrestricted driver's license required.
