Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Assist customers with car rental process and Express Drive support
• Prepare vehicles for Lyft drivers, including fueling, cleaning, and inspections
• Manage vehicle lots, transportation, and daily rental operations
• Flag issues to Operations Lead and partners
• Uphold high service standards and be a Lyft ambassador
• Takes initiative to contribute to team success

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in in-person customer service (retail, tech support, hospitality)
• Familiarity with Wheat Ridge area
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Patience, de-escalation, teamwork, self-governance
• Team player mentality
