Operations Associate, Courier Onboarding

📋 Description

• Analyse onboarding funnel data to identify bottlenecks and improve processes
• Design/workflows to improve registration-to-first delivery activation rates across Kazakhstan and South region
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and regional ops to align onboarding initiatives
• Track and report onboarding metrics across multiple workstreams
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, communication, and process documentation
• Coordinate with external partners including fleet partners and onboarding vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; formulas, pivot tables, data tracking
• Active use of AI tools in daily work
• Fast learner with high learning agility
• Self-sufficient; you figure things out and ask questions
• Based in Almaty with 4 office days and 1 optional WFH day
