• Onboard couriers at scale for Kazakhstan and the South region
• Analyze onboarding funnel data to identify bottlenecks
• Design workflows to improve activation rates
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and regional ops teams
• Track onboarding metrics across multiple workstreams
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English
• Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data tracking)
• Active user of AI tools as part of work process
• Fast learner with high learning agility
• Self-sufficient and proactive
• Based in Almaty; possible four-day in-office with one optional work-from-home day
