Operations Associate, Founder Catalyst (Europe)

📋 Description

• Support delivery of a mobility-focused 10-week hybrid pre-accelerator in Europe.
• Assist other Techstars programs across Europe and the US during quieter periods.
• Act as engine for program delivery and top-of-funnel talent acquisition.
• Proactively source founders to build a diverse, high-caliber applicant pipeline.
• Coordinate program operations, onboarding, calendars, and logistics.
• Collaborate with mentors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure quality experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Europe with time-zone flexibility for Europe/US programs.
• 1–3 years in recruitment sourcing, TA, VC pipelines, or program ops.
• Proven experience in proactive sourcing and outbound engagement.
• Strong organization, time management, multitasking, and communication.
• Experience coordinating events, mentors, speakers, or program logistics.
• Familiarity with productivity tools (Google Workspace, HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable).
