Operations Associate (Full-Time)

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies; escalate gaps with store leadership.
• Assist with shipment, receiving, processing and transfers.
• Support sales floor replenishment and floor set updates.
• Maintain stockroom standards and efficient operations.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen using metrics.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

• Self-motivated, with a desire to excel individually and as a team.
• Able to lift up to 10-15 kg safely.
• Bend, reach, kneel and climb ladders as needed.
• Able to stand and remain active for extended periods.
