📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with store leadership
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, and returns
• Maintain strong visual standards and floor merchandising
• Move dynamically on the sales floor to support guests and team
• Collaborate with budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric sales or retail operations
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus
• Detail oriented with inventory and visual merchandising awareness
• Comfortable with fast-paced, multi-tasking store environment
• Supports teamwork and aligns with guiding principles
