📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root-cause inventory issues with store leadership.
• Support shipments, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment.
• Move dynamically on the sales floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Maintain visual standards and product flow on the sales floor.
• Assist daily store operations to keep the store clean and efficient.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years client-centric sales and operations experience.
• Strong business acumen; data-driven decision making.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Open availability, 7 days a week, 32-40 hours per week.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
