📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues; escalate gaps with GM
• Maintain visual standards and floor set updates on the sales floor
• Support shipments, receiving, processing and replenishment
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business, team and guest needs
• Use metrics to drive business decisions and improve performance

🎯 Requirements

• Client-centric sales and operations experience preferred
• Passion for customer service and exceptional experiences
• High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic; blends fun with work
• Self-motivated with drive to achieve results
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand and move for an entire shift
