📋 Description

• Execute store operations to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations and Visual Management to initiate and complete tasks.
• Move across the sales floor to support the business, team, and guests.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Process shipments and ensure product flow, including replenishment.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years client-centric sales and operations experience.
• Requires constant movement around all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Uses metrics to inform business decisions and strategies.
