• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with GM to address process gaps.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support shipments, receiving and product flow.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Maintain stockroom standards and safety for efficient ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in client-centric sales and operations.
• Ability to work across store operations and guest interactions.
• Strong problem-solving and visual merchandising skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Willingness to move across store areas and stand for shifts.
