Operations Associate (Full-Time) - Penn Square Mall

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Maintain strong visual standards and stockroom operations, including floor set updates
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and product flow to ensure store efficiency
• Move dynamically on the sales floor to meet business needs and guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with Operations & Visual Management team to drive profitability and store

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to deliver exceptional experiences
• Willingness to work 32-40 hours/week, including peak holiday period and during Black
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
