📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with store leadership
• Support shipments, receiving, replenishment, floor sets, and flow
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to serve business and guests
• Leverage metrics to drive business strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in client-centric sales and operations
• Requires constant movement around all store areas
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with drive to excel individually and as a team
