📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor updates, and supply management
• Maintain visual standards and assist in floor set updates
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest experience
• Collaborate with Management to ensure smooth store operations
• Support special projects and day-to-day operations to drive profitability

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric, sales or operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Customer service focused with a proactive, results-driven mindset
• Ability to work across multiple store areas (front of house, stockroom)
• Willingness to stand and move for an entire shift
