Monitor site performance using key metrics like B10s, rejections, and cancellations
Investigate performance issues and implement corrective actions
Train and upskill pickers on SOPs and substitution handling
Develop site-specific action plans to improve store KPIs
Document site visits, issues, and performance feedback
Check and troubleshoot store hardware (tablets, printers, SIMs)

🎯 Requirements

1-2 years in grocery, retail, or delivery operations
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
High attention to detail, independent work in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with mobile/tablet apps and basic troubleshooting
Valid UAE driving license and own car
Ability to be on-site at multiple store locations
