• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate root causes of inventory issues with store leadership
• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor
• Move dynamically to support business needs and guests
• Deliver customer experiences and service excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric, sales and operations environment
• Ability to stand and move for entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service mindset
• Comfortable with fast-paced retail environment
• Detail-oriented with inventory accuracy focus
