📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Support shipments, receiving, processing and floor replenishment.
• Maintain strong visual standards and floor sets.
• Collaborate with Operations & Visual Management to drive profitability.
• Move dynamically on the sales floor to assist guests and teammates.
• Partner with the Store Manager to resolve issues and improve ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year client-centric sales or operations experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to move around store and stand for long periods.
• Detail-oriented with focus on inventory accuracy.
• Team player in fast-paced retail environment.
