📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root-cause inventory issues; escalate process gaps.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guests.
• Move shipments and ensure product flow, including replenishment.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales and operations environment.
• Open availability 7 days a week for part-time schedule; weekend availability.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and communication; strong teamwork.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results.
