📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate gaps with store leadership.
• Support shipments, receiving, processing, replenishment and floor updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards and merchandise on the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs and guest experience.
• Use metrics to drive business decisions and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
• Able to move around the store; physical ability up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Able to stand and move for an entire shift.
