📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory issues; escalate gaps with store leadership
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to serve guests and team needs
• Leverage metrics to support business-driving strategies
• Process shipments and ensure product flow, merchandising and replenishment

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric, sales and operations experience
• Requires constant movement in all store areas
• Lift, push, or move up to 50 pounds
• Stand and move for a full shift
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results and work as a team
