• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Support store operations with the Operations & Visual Management team
• Move dynamically on the sales floor to help guests and the business
• Maintain visual standards and floor replenishment
• Assist shipment, receiving, processing, and floor transfers
• Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric sales/operations role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Flexible part-time availability; weekend shifts may be required
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Team player with attention to detail
