📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory issues and root causes; escalate gaps
• Support shipments, receiving, processing and floor replenishment
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs
• Assist in executing company directives and inventory controls

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric sales and operational roles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand and move around the store for shifts
• Experience with inventory, shipments and stockroom basics
• Team player aligned with ALO guiding principles
