📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues; escalate gaps with store leadership.
• Support shipments, receiving, processing, replenishment and floor sets.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist guests and team.
• Use store metrics to drive business strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales and operations role.
• Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for a full shift.
• Comfort with constant movement around all store areas.
• Passion for customer service and exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated; works well individually and as part of a team.
