📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues; escalate gaps with GM
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment; floor updates
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business and guest needs
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in client-centric sales/operational roles
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong business acumen and ability to use metrics
• Passion for customer service and exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and with a team
