Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Fashion Show

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Support store operations with the Ops & Visual Management team
• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment
• Maintain strong visual standards and product presentation on the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support guests and business needs
• Assist with daily tasks to keep the store clean, safe, inviting, and efficient

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of client-centric sales and operations experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move through shift
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong business acumen and ability to use metrics to drive decisions
• Part-time availability with open scheduling, including peak season
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
