📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with the Store Manager
• Support shipment, receiving, and processing, plus floor replenishment
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric sales and operational roles
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfort with constant movement in store environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated; capable of working alone and in a team
• Willing to work 4 hour shifts and flexible schedule
