📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate root causes of inventory issues with store leadership
• Maintain visual standards and stockroom organization
• Move dynamically on the sales floor and back of house to support needs
• Assist with shipment, receiving, and store operations
• Deliver excellent customer service and align with guiding principles

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric sales and operations environment
• Able to stand and move around store for shift duration
• Able to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated, team player, and results-driven
• Willing to work in a fast-paced retail setting
