📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues; partner with Store Manager to escalate gaps.
• Support shipments, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist guests and teams.
• Leverage metrics to support business-driving strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year client-centric sales experience preferred.
• Passion for customer service and exceptional experiences.
• Aligns with ALO's Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivated with drive to achieve results, individually and as a team.
• Ability to lift 10-15 kg safely.
• Ability to perform bending, reaching, kneeling; ladders as needed.
