📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with store leadership.
• Support shipments, receiving, replenishment, floor updates, and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to serve guests and team.
• Stand, lift and move as needed; contribute to a safe store environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric sales/operational roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for shift.
• Experience with inventory accuracy and loss prevention basics.
• Comfort in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
