Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Neuer Wall, Hamburg

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize stock accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Support total store operations with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead
• Maintain high visual and merchandizing standards and ensure product flow on the sales floor.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and supplier management as
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess business needs and guide guests and team accordingly.
• Be flexible with scheduling, including mornings/evenings and weekends to meet business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or store operations experience preferred; client-focused, sales and operational background
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate across departments and with
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) and move stock as part of daily duties.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated commitment to inventory control, stockroom standards, and product flow.
• Must be able to provide valid work authorization; resident and work permit requirements where
