Operations Associate (Part-Time) - North Hills

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, floor replenishment, and store operations
• Maintain visual standards and product flow on the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest service
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow; support visual merchandising and daily
• Ensure safe, efficient operations and uphold stockroom standards

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to move, lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist; up to 50 pounds
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Demonstrates strong business acumen using metrics to support strategies
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift; ability to work 4+ hour shifts
• Willingness to work across a store floor and back of house as needed
