Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Oakridge Centre

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues, escalate gaps with Store Manager
• Perform key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs
• Assist with shipments and product flow; merchandising and daily replenishment

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in a client-centric sales/operational role
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Passion for customer service and exceptional experiences
• Strong business acumen; leverage metrics to drive decisions
• Part-time availability up to 30 hrs/week; flexible hours incl peak season
• On-site with availability 7 days a week during peak season
