📋 Description

• Assist with store operations to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment tasks.
• Maintain visual standards and product flow on the sales floor.
• Provide safe, clean, and inviting store environment; move product as needed.
• Collaborate with store leadership to meet business needs and guest satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for entire shift and move around all store areas
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results as an individual and as part of a team
