📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Lead shipment, receiving and processing to support store ops
• Maintain visual standards, floor set updates and product flow
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs
• Collaborate with GM to escalate process or system gaps
• Support a safe, inviting, efficient store environment

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric, sales/operational experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand/move for entire shift
• Maintain safety and visual standards
• Passion for customer service
