• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with store leadership
• Maintain visual standards and strong stockroom organization
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs
• Support shipping, receiving, replenishment, floor updates
• Uphold a safe, clean, inviting store environment

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric sales/ops environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Comfortable with fast-paced retail tasks
• Uses metrics to inform decisions
• Passion for guest experiences
