📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment to ensure product flow.
• Maintain visual standards and floor sets; assist in merchandising and stockroom operations.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest demands.
• Collaborate with Ops & Visual Management to deliver efficient store operations.
• Assist in handling select company-level initiatives and projects with the Ops team.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Willingness to stand and move for extended periods; ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Flexible availability including weekends and during peak periods.
