Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Short Pump Town Center

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Handle shipments, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment
• Maintain strong visual standards on sales floor and back of house
• Partner with Ops & Visual Management to optimize store ops
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years client-facing sales/ops experience
• Customer-service oriented; works well in a team
• Lift up to 50 pounds; stand/move for long shifts
• Constant movement and multitasking in a retail setting
• Part-time availability up to 30 hours/week; 4+ hour shifts
• Work during Blackout period (Thanksgiving to Jan)
